We start three weeks earlier.
Both send agreements and get them back signed. The difference is whether the person signing was already someone you knew, and whether you can tell which ad produced the contract.

In one sentence
YDO Sign is an Australian alternative to DocuSign for businesses that also want the website enquiry answered and scored before the agreement is sent.
First, credit where it’s due
DocuSign is very good at the thing it does.
It is the category default for a reason. For a business that simply needs documents signed reliably, it is a completely defensible choice.
It also publishes its Australian pricing (read on 17 September 2026). If a published per-seat number you can put straight into a budget is what you need, that is a real advantage and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
The structural difference
A signing platform starts at the document. The enquiry happened three weeks earlier.
This isn’t a feature gap that closes in the next release. It’s a different shape of product.
DocuSign signs the agreement you send it. To match what YDO does it would also have to answer the visitor’s question at 7:12pm, score her, alert you and know the ad she clicked eleven days earlier, then carry all of that through to the signature. That is not a roadmap item. It is three more products and a shared identity record underneath them. Which cuts the other way too: if you don’t want those three products, you’re paying for a thread you’re not using, and DocuSign is the better buy.
Today: chat here, analytics there, signing somewhere else
The visitor is a new stranger to every tool they touch. You are the only thing joining them up.
Visitor asks

No score, no memory

Sessions, not people
The ad credit is lost here

Re-keyed by hand
A brand new stranger
Signed
By someone. Who?
Three handovers between the question and the signature. Identity dies at each one.
With YDO: one record, first question to signature
Nothing to re-key, because there is nowhere to re-key it to. It is already the same person.

Sign sends
A person clicks send
Signed and sealed
Same person throughout
Zero handovers. The enquiry three pages after the ad click still credits the ad, and still signs the agreement.
Side by side
What actually differs.
| What you care about | DocuSign | YDO Sign |
|---|---|---|
| Signing depth and maturity | The category default. They win this. | One of three products. |
| Pricing | Publishes Australian per-seat pricing (read 17 September 2026). | $19.99 per user a month, unlimited documents and signatures. First month free, no minimum term, cancel any time. |
| Knowing who the signer is | The person you send the document to. | The visitor in the conversation, the person in the alert, the person in the report and the signer. One record. |
| Attribution to the signature | Out of scope: it’s a signing platform. | Credit survives the browse. The enquiry three pages after the ad click still credits the ad, and that ad is still credited when the agreement is signed. |
| Answering the enquiry in the first place | Out of scope. | YDO Connect, answering only from your own content. |
Moving
What switching actually involves.
Migration mechanics live on the switching page rather than here, because they’re the same whoever you’re leaving.
Questions we get asked
Straight answers.
Is YDO cheaper than DocuSign?
YDO Sign is $19.99 per user a month, with unlimited documents and signatures and no envelope counting. First month free, no minimum term, cancel any time. Compare that with your own plan and seat count; we won’t make the comparison for you.
Do we have to take all three products?
No. YDO Sign works on its own at $19.99 per user a month, first month free, no minimum term, cancel any time. Start there if that’s the pain; YDO Connect includes Capture and a Sign licence if you want the rest.
Who owns the signed documents?
You do. Ask any provider, and ask specifically whether you can export them yourself without lodging a request.
See the whole thread, not just the signature.
