Customer journey analytics

First page to
last question.
One person,
one record.

Open any visitor and read the whole journey: where they came from, what they read, what they asked, what they did next. Each comes with a score that prints its arithmetic and the ad that produced them still attached. Not a funnel chart of strangers. A person your sales team can call.

20 minutes, on your own website, no slide deck. First month free.

In one sentence

YDO follows one person across your website (first page, questions asked, what they did), scores them on that behaviour with the arithmetic shown, and keeps the ad that produced them attached through to the signed agreement.

Scope

Several things people mean by these phrases. We are one of them.

The search results are crowded with categories YDO is not in. Here is which one we are.

If you wantThat product isYDO
Product analytics: cohorts, retention, funnels inside an appA product-analytics platformNo: No. We do not instrument your product.
A journey map to run a workshop fromA diagramming and mapping toolNo: No. We do not draw maps.

Knowing who is ready to buy, right nowYDO CaptureYes: Yes. Scored on behaviour, alerted in minutes, arithmetic printed.
The enquiry journey on your website, per personYDO CaptureYes: Yes. First page to last question, with the source attached.
That journey continuing into the signed agreementYDO Capture and YDO SignYes: Yes. Same identity record, all the way through.

The gap

The journey exists. It is just scattered across four tools that never met.

The ad platform knows about the click. The analytics tool knows about the sessions. The chat widget knows about the question. The e-signature tool meets a complete stranger three weeks later.

Nobody did anything wrong. The tools were bought separately and were never built to know about each other. You are the join, and the join is where the journey goes missing.

What it shows

Who it was. What they did. Which ad produced them.

  • People, not sessions

Open any visitor and read the full journey from first page to last question, rather than a row per visit.

  • A score that shows its working

Pricing pages, a phone tap, an abandoned booking, a return within 48 hours. Plain arithmetic, each point’s reason printed, and your team alerted in minutes.

  • The source, still attached

Credit survives the browse. The enquiry three pages after the ad click still credits the ad, all the way to the signed agreement.

The thread

One person, start to finish. Scored on the way.

The visitor in the conversation is the person in the alert, the person in the report and the signer on the agreement.

Today: chat here, analytics there, signing somewhere else

The visitor is a new stranger to every tool they touch. You are the only thing joining them up.

  1. Visitor asks

    7:12pm, from an ad

  2. Chat widget

    Answers, then forgets

    No score, no memory

  3. Analytics tool

    Sessions, not people

The ad credit is lost here

  4. E-signature tool

    Re-keyed by hand

    A brand new stranger

  5. Signed

    By someone. Who?

Three handovers between the question and the signature. Identity dies at each one.

With YDO: one record, first question to signature

Nothing to re-key, because there is nowhere to re-key it to. It is already the same person.

  1. Connect answers

    From your own content

  2. Capture scores

    And shows its arithmetic

  3. Sign sends

    A person clicks send

  4. Signed and sealed

    Same person throughout

Zero handovers. The enquiry three pages after the ad click still credits the ad, and still signs the agreement.

What buyers actually complain about

Lead-intelligence tools identify a company. You need a person.

The complaints against the tools in this category are remarkably consistent, and they are about the mechanism rather than the interface.

  1. The problem, in their words

Identifies the organisation but not the individual. Universities named as a specific failure; significant traffic never matches at all.

    Trustpilot, 2026, on a major visitor-identification product.

    How YDO resolves it

YDOscores what the person actually did on your site. A different mechanism with a different failure mode, and we describe the mechanism rather than claim better accuracy.

  2. The problem, in their words

“Lacking details on key decision-makers and engagement.” “Data quality is not good … not accurate or incomplete.”

G2. Five reviews carry the first theme; the second is from 19 January 2026.

    How YDO resolves it

YDOopens any visitor and reads the full journey from first page to last question. People, not sessions.

  3. The problem, in their words

    Scores that cannot explain themselves.

Recurring across the lead-intelligence category, 2026.

    How YDO resolves it

YDOprints the arithmetic. Every alert shows its working, with each point’s reason named.

  4. The problem, in their words

The journey stops when the tool does.

Absence finding across all ten brands: chat tools end at the conversation, e-signature tools start at the document, lead tools see a company.

    How YDO resolves it

YDOcarries the same person into the scored alert, the monthly report and the signed agreement.

Source: YDO competitor sentiment analysis, 18 September 2026, from public review platforms and vendor community forums. Every row here describes the category, not a named vendor.

Before you go further

Two things worth knowing now rather than later.

Existing customers are never scored as leads

A customer asking for help scores zero. That is built into the scoring rather than left as a setting someone has to remember, and it is the difference between intelligence and a nuisance.

One record is the point, and it is also the limit

This follows a person through your website, your concierge, your alerts and your signing. It does not follow them into your app, your point of sale or your warehouse. If the journey you care about happens after they become a customer, this is the wrong tool and we will say so.

Why it holds up

The thread is the product.

  • Identity survives the handover

The visitor, the lead, the signer: one person, not three records that resemble each other.

  • Attribution survives the browse

Three pages later, the ad still gets the credit.

  • Every number shows its working

Scores print their arithmetic. Reports name their visit rule.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

How does it decide someone is ready to buy?

On what they did: pricing pages, a phone tap, an abandoned booking, a return within 48 hours. The alert prints the arithmetic so your team can see exactly why.

Does it replace Google Analytics?

No. GA counts sessions well. This answers who, and it answers it per person.

Can we export the journey?

Excel export shares the same visit rule as the dashboard and the PDF.
